WebFeb 5, 2024 · I have some Seiko dials that are marked RAD after the dial numbers. It is considered hazardous waste by US law and is suppose to be disposed of in a certain manor. I am not sure if it can pose any real heath risk unless you put the dial in your lunch though. I know they always remove any Radium dials when restoring WWII armored vehicles.
