Although i get 60 on loading screen This is with nothing else running except for the nvidea monitor. I turned V sync of again and that gave me abotu a 1 ro 3 fps increase. For anyone who is curios, the fix has also been confirmed to be working with Condemned: Criminal Origins, which uses the same engine as FEAR an its expansions. The fix is great except one problem. it disables controller support.

WebbReinstall the game after selecting that version of Proton. Works like a charm so far in my experience after that. It's a real finnicky game to get running, but trust me when I say that running it on the steam deck is infinitely easier and less of a problem then attempting to run it on windows.
