WebJun 7, 2024 · The LTSS authorization date, which is described in WAC 388-106-0045, WAC 388-106-0360 and RCW 74.42.056. If there is a transfer penalty as described in WAC 182-513-1363, the LTSS start date begins the day after the transfer penalty ends. The LTSS start date is the date the client is both financially and functionally eligible.
