WebThis bread was nearly perfect with a hefty pat of butter. It reminded me of a raisin swirl bread, even though there weren't any raisins in it. It was quite chewy, which I enjoyed, and not overpoweringly sweet. It could almost be a dessert if you added some extra cinnamon sugar, but I loved how the light flavors blended in with the heavy bread.
