WebEdit 2: Problem appears to be solved. I believe the fix was removing every audio device in device manager (including removing hidden devices) and also uninstalling their drivers. Then I reinstalled Realtek's from my motherboard's manufacturer's website (like I pointed out in my last update) and then installed Nvidia's audio drivers again.
