It came with my batch of parts from a 1999 chevy silverado 2500 2wd 6.0l 4l80e, actually came with two but the other is junk, it had a large chamber that hung below right in the middle and I cut that off and plastic welded the 1.5" hole up so it was more like a traditional cold air intake.
