WebIt is also dependent on the server bios if it can boot from these. I find LSI m.2 controllers can work on Dell but no on intel servers (super micro). Lenovo servers. any of the cards from more expensive raid to just a simple pcie M.2 adapter card works fine. cheaper for faster boot as i dont care for the OS on some of our servers.
