WebIssue is this: bitlocker is reliably at 29.8% decryption for the last 12 hours. I checked status with manage -bde -status and it shows that it is at 70.1% encryption. Thing is that this isn't changing. There is no change in the numbers. Opening the drive gives me access to the files but its so slow! I tried backing up the drive but again, its ...
